Hello, I've been having massive problems ordering recently! I've tried placing an order three times.
The money is deducted, and then it's canceled. They asked me for verification. I sent it, and the money was deducted. According to my bank, that's all they need.
And every time, my order is canceled... I've contacted customer service five times via chat because I can't reach them by phone. I finally want my order. The money has been debited!!!

nachdem ich nun zum zweiten Mal mit der eingestellten Zahlung "Klarna - 30 Tage später bezahlen" Probleme hatte, da das Shein System "direkt bezahlen" angibt, und ich die Bestellung nicht anschliessen konnte, habe ich nun direkt über PayPal bezahlt.
Dies ist unerfreulich !

On 12 September i ordered the headphone from shein and Dpd had to deliver it to me on 16 of September they delivered but i was not at home and they bring it to paracel shop and i didnt have any notifications from dpd or shein that my pucket is in paracel shop and which paracel shopso after 1 week they return it to the sender and just on that day i found out that dpd is delivering my package even i didnt know that anyway i contact the shein and they said your package is on way to you but when check dpd page and track my number is shows that return allready i got the massage again yesterday from shein that i have comfirm that package delivered to me wheil i didnt recive anything please look after this problem as soon as possible thank u

- - They cannot send a package or understand customers' needs.
- - DHL delivery or customer service is not recommended.
It's not even possible to have some trust in Shein company anymore because they cannot send a package, they cannot speak basic English, and understand the needs of the customers. They keep making multiple mistakes, and the company that delivers the goods is not even capable of reading and calling a phone number. I don't recommend using DHL company for delivery or talking with customer service.
